Please ask in our Discord's community support channel or create a ticket for one of our Staff members to review if your solution is not listed here.
Just go back to the #select-game channel and deselect the game button that is giving you issues, then reselect it to give yourself the role back.
If that doesn't work, open a ticket!
Be careful -- you might've never selected the role to begin with!
This issue is well documented but has not been resolved. Advice here may help reduce how often this occurs but is NOT promised to eliminate it.
You may have TeamSpeak open but DO NOT connect to the GoldRush Teamspeak server until prompted to do so. The prompt to connect will occur AFTER you select your character.
If the above is not enough, try the steps below (in order of how extreme they are):
a. Stop any screen capture/recording applications until after connected to the server and Teamspeak.
b. Open Task Manager and end any task called "Runtime Broker" (run our custom script to do this for you automatically).
c. Click the following to see an instructional video on how to clear your cache.
d. Reboot your computer!
While in-game:
Esc > Settings > Audio > Voice Chat Enabled: Off
